When a User creates and distributes a survey through SurveyFill, we collect responses on their behalf. The User (survey creator) is the data controller for survey response data. SurveyFill acts as a data processor. The types of data collected from respondents depend on the survey content created by the User and may include:

- Contact information (if requested by the survey creator)

- You may choose not to use AI-powered features. All AI functionality is optional, and you can create and manage surveys entirely without AI assistance.
