4.2 Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.5 Subscription Pausing
Professional and Enterprise users may pause their subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause period, your account will remain accessible in read-only mode.
4.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SurveyFill, a SurveyFill employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or distribute through the Service ("Your Content"), including surveys, questions, responses, and any other materials.
6.2 License Grant
By posting or uploading content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
6.4 Content Monitoring
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to bypass any security measures
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Service
- Using automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (web scraping)
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Using the Service to violate any third-party rights
- Creating surveys that collect illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory information
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we reserve the right to delete all Your Content.

10.3 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content and insights are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying and using AI-generated content appropriately.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurveyFill and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right; or (iv) Your Content.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SurveyFill operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by:
