Pro adds skip logic, branching, advanced analytics, response-quality scoring, and webhook delivery, which is where most teams begin to outgrow the entry-level tools they previously cobbled together. You can switch plans at any time without losing data. Upgrades take effect immediately and bill prorated against your current cycle. Every price published on this page is the price you will be charged - no hidden setup fees, no per-user surcharges added at checkout, no required onboarding packages, and no platform fees layered on top of the listed amount. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address; United States customers in states without statewide sales tax pay nothing additional, and international customers in jurisdictions with reverse-charge VAT can supply a valid VAT identification number to remove tax from their invoice.

If your response volume exceeds your plan's monthly cap, SurveyFill never silently bills overages or deactivates your surveys. Instead, you receive an in-app notification and an email at 80 percent and 100 percent of the cap, with options to upgrade to the next plan, purchase a one-time response top-up, or wait until the next billing cycle resets your allowance. Surveys keep collecting responses past the cap so you do not lose data - we simply pause delivery of new email or SMS invitations from your account until the situation is resolved.

Refund policy: monthly subscriptions are refundable within seven days of charge if you have not collected more than 50 responses in that period.
