Setup
You need a SurveyFill account. The connector uses the permissions of whoever signs in, so Claude can only reach the surveys that account already has access to.

Open connector settings in Claude
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

Paste the SurveyFill MCP endpoint:

Sign in and approve access
Claude opens a SurveyFill sign-in page. After you approve, you're connected — no API key to copy or store.
Authentication & access
The connector uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and dynamic client registration. Signing in issues a scoped access credential tied to your account, labelled Claude MCP so you can identify it later.
Revoking access: go to Account Settings → API Keys in SurveyFill and delete the key. Claude loses access immediately.
Permissions: the connector inherits your organization role. A Viewer can read surveys and analytics but cannot publish or delete. Destructive actions — deleting a survey, sending a distribution, closing a survey — are marked so Claude asks you before running them.
Billing: the connector exposes no payment or subscription tools. Nothing it can do will change your plan or charge your card.

Using it from the Claude API
Beyond the Claude apps, you can drive the connector programmatically. Generate a personal API key under Account Settings → API Keys and pass it as the authorization token.
