Connect to Acumatica ERP
Push survey responses directly into your Acumatica ERP instance. Map fields, sync automatically, and eliminate manual data entry in under 30 minutes.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure you have the following ready:
- Acumatica instance URL — The base URL you use to access your Acumatica instance (e.g., https://yourcompany.acumatica.com).
- API user credentials — A username and password with API access rights. We recommend creating a dedicated integration user with limited permissions for security.
- Target ERP screen/entity — Know which Acumatica object you want to map survey data to (e.g., Customers, Cases, Sales Orders).
Step-by-Step Setup
Go to Settings, then Integrations
From your SurveyFill dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Integrations tab. This page lists all available third-party connectors including CRMs, ERPs, and notification services.
Select Acumatica ERP
Find the Acumatica ERP card in the integrations list and click Configure. This opens the dedicated Acumatica setup panel where you enter your connection details.
Enter your Acumatica endpoint URL
Paste the base URL of your Acumatica instance into the Endpoint URL field. This is the same URL you use to log in to Acumatica (e.g., https://yourcompany.acumatica.com). Do not include any path after the domain.
Enter API credentials
Fill in the four credential fields: Username, Password, Company, and Branch. These correspond to the login credentials of your Acumatica API user. Your credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never stored in plain text.
Test the connection
Click the Test Connection button. SurveyFill will attempt to authenticate with your Acumatica instance and verify it can reach the API. A green checkmark means the connection is successful. If you see an error, check the Troubleshooting section below.
Map survey fields to ERP objects
Use the visual field mapping interface to connect each survey question to a corresponding Acumatica field. For example, map your "Company Name" survey question to the Customer Name field, or "Order Quantity" to a Sales Order line item. SurveyFill auto-detects available fields from your Acumatica schema.
Enable the integration
Toggle the integration status to Active and click Save. From this point forward, new survey responses will automatically sync to your Acumatica instance in real time. You can pause the integration at any time without losing your configuration.

Custom DAC Entities

Troubleshooting
Connection timeout
Verify that your Acumatica instance is accessible from the internet and that no firewall rules are blocking the connection. Ensure the endpoint URL does not include a trailing slash or path. If your instance uses a VPN, you may need to whitelist SurveyFill's IP addresses.
Invalid credentials
Double-check that the username, password, company name, and branch are correct. The company and branch fields are case-sensitive. Make sure the API user account is not locked or expired in Acumatica, and that it has the "API User" role assigned.
Field mapping errors
If a field mapping fails during sync, check that the target Acumatica field exists and accepts the data type your survey question produces. For example, mapping a free-text answer to a numeric ERP field will cause a type mismatch. Review the sync log in Settings for detailed error messages.
